Shipping Information

Shipping times vary depending on type of product ordered. Most stock component items are shipped the same day if order is placed before 3 P.M.. Other products vary depending on type of product and quantity ordered. You will be given an estimated production time and shipping date at time order is placed. We are very diligent in meeting customers required dates for all of their product needs.

As a courtesy, CLAYTEX will allow the use of your company’s carrier and account number. There is a $5.00 handling fee to process your order in this manner.

In the event there is any damage to your package and the content while in transit, CLAYTEX will not be held liable for any replacements due to damage that occurred in transit. Client will be responsible for filing claim with carrier. CLAYTEX will replace product after a new order is placed. We also suggest that if you use your own carrier and account number that you authorize insurance on your package, in the event of damage. CLAYTEX will assist you  in any way possible in making you claim.

Shipping charges are determined based on the weight and final destination, as calculated by UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier.

There is a $1.50 handling charge added to each box processed.

CLAYTEX will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events.
